The Moldavian shooters held spring competitions in the territory Is sports the Shooting Complex of the international level.

The federation of firing of Moldova held bench firing competitions, the first this year, “A cup of spring of 2017”. The Vice-president of Federation Alexander Bykov shared the impressions about an action.

– Tell, please, how there took place the action?

AB: The action lasted two days – on March 17 and 18, the Federation of firing of the Republic of Moldova acted as organizers, jointly with It is sports the Shooting Complex “Sniping Club Moldova”.
Competitions took place successfully, in them the strongest shooters of the country, men and juniors took part in exercise the Ladder-125. In qualification offset each of competing shot 125 targets that corresponds to five series on 25 plates. The best result was shown by the World class master of sports Bykov Alexander to them 111 targets were struck. The Candidate for the Master of Sports had the second high rate Savka Ion — 103 targets.
By results of qualification, 6 six best shooters reached the final.
In final firing, Ion Savka, the second the athlete from Cahul Roman Leshkevichus, and the third Alexander Bykov became the first.

– Who was a part of jury?

AB: Judge competitions we invited arbitrators of the International category of a class “B”, according to the rules ISSF.

– What main objective of holding similar competitions?

AB: Such competitions are held first of all for identification of rating of athletes and determination of level of their preparation at this stage of year educational and training process. Also similar actions help to reveal the strongest athletes, for completion of the National Team of team of Moldova and their readiness to show good results at official International competitions, the World Cups and Europe, World Cups.

– Where there took place competitions?

AB: As I already told, we held competitions together with the Sniping Club company Moldova on the platform of the Shooting Sniping Club complex which was open at the end of 2015.

– Why you chose this platform for competitions?

AB: First, the Combined platform of this Shooting complex is equipped with the newest throwing equipment of the Laporte company, meets International standards and corresponds to rules of the International shooting federation of ISSF. It allows our shooters to train in Moldova at home, without leaving for this purpose, to Europe as it was still.
On this platform it is possible to shoot some views from the Olympic disciplines a monastery (skeet), a ladder (trap), a double ladder (double trap).
In this case, competitions were held in exercise a ladder-125.
We used smooth-bore sports and hunting weapon with a vertical arrangement of trunks of the 12th caliber, trunks from 660 mm to 900 mm long. Also use of weapon with a semi-automatic recharge with limited quantity of cartridges – 2 pieces is allowed. As for cartridges, it is authorized to use the cartridges of the 12th caliber equipped with fraction No. 7 (Ø=2,5 mm) inclusive, and the maximum hinge plate of 24,5 g is not higher. It is quite enough for defeat of the flying target at distances of 25-40 meters.

– What else firing competitions expect us in 2017?

AB: In this sports season the Federation of firing of Moldova is going to hold three more competitions of such level and one International tournament. The strongest shooters of Ukraine, Romania, Russia, Bulgaria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia and other countries will take part in it. All these competitions will take place in the territory of the Sniping Club Moldova complex what we are very grateful to them for. Our athletes already gave appreciation to this Shooting complex as one of the best in Europe. It can adequately compete with the best world platforms on which the European championships and the world are held.

– What else is in the closest plans of Federation?

AB: Conquer new sports peaks and reach new records in firing. Opening of the new shooting platform which enters a top of the best shooting ranges of the world very much will help us with this plan. I want to remind that Bench firing and Bullet firing are the Olympic disciplines of sport. With assistance of the Olympic committee and the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Moldova, an arrow of our Federation five times participated at the Olympic Games in such shooting disciplines as, a rifle, the air and small-caliber gun and a ladder. And in 2000 in the Australian Sydney, Oleg Moldovan became the Silver prize-winner, its result was less than the first on 0,01 points.
It is sure, ahead of us waits for a lot more progress.
